I just decided to say happy Eid (feast) to everyone .

Eid Ul Adha, is basically an Islamic holiday celebrated in December as a new year celebration like Christmas, Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", while Adha means "sacrifice". Muslims kill lambs sheeps and goats and the meat is then shared out with family, friends (Muslims or non-Muslims), as well as the poor members of the community.

The story behind the holiday is that Ibrahim (also known as Abraham) was about to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God. As Ibrahim was about to carry out the sacrifice, God intervened and instead provided a lamb as the sacrifice.

Yeah, so enough about religion, just thought I give out everyone here my Eid greetings to you all before the New Years celebration at the end of 2008.
